No, Infusion is not a Rogers reseller.  We are an Elite partner and act as an outside sales, consulting, and account management company.

Why work with Infusion instead of Rogers directly?

When you work with Infusion, you are working with Rogers directly.  We work closely with your Account Executive on all opportunities, to ensure you get the best possible service as they get busy and we’re here to help them.  All quotes, pricing, installation, billing, and support come from Rogers.  We have strategic relationships with key Rogers departments, from Finance, to Legal, and work closely with the Rogers Executives and Senior Leadership Team.  Our years of experience in the telecom industry mean we are able to advocate for you within Rogers, to ensure you’re getting the best possible service, price, and an additional level of customer support.

Are there any disadvantages to working with Infusion?

With the same pricing, billing, quality, and services, plus the added additional support and customer advocacy, there are no disadvantages to working with Infusion.  We aren’t compensated by you, the customer, but instead by Rogers directly.  You pay the exact same price you would from Rogers directly, but get more.

Am I paying more to work with Infusion?

No, you pay the same rates you would from Rogers directly, or in most cases actually less.  We are compensated directly by Rogers, meaning there’s no separate cost to you, nor any markups or added fees on your Rogers services.  Your quotes, contracts, and invoices are all on Rogers paper and come from Rogers directly.  In some cases you may actually pay less than what you would from Rogers directly, due to our ability to negotiate directly with the key departments at Rogers on your behalf.
